Specialized in hot rolled rings forging and closed die steel forgings, rahil industries had been supplying to many industries like automotive, Earth moving  equipment, Bearing  industries, Power transmission & textile industries both in India and overseas, The company’s annual production capacity is 2500 tons. The production facilities of the company in which are built on 2200 sqm area, cover 1000 sqm. closed area, They are equipped with modern screw presses, ring rolling machines, power presses, and eccentric presses to produce close-tolerance forged parts with a weight rang of 0.3 kg. To 10 kg, supplied in plain carbon steel, alloy steel, Non ferrous metals and stainless steel.

Depending on the customer’s orders, rahil industries also provides secondary machining with cnc machines and delivers as finished parts ready to assemble. The companies, tool making shop equipped with necessary tooling machineries is capable of designing and manufacturing various types of dies in-house.

Production process:-

Our company has an adequate infrastructure such as plant, machinery, and measuring equipment, laboratory material testing facility backed by trained professionals. The forged ring goes through various stages of machining before final profiling on cnc machining. The process for final turning includes;

Sizing in to closed die
Spheroids annealing/normalizing/ solution annealing

A process called ring rolling on rolling machines often performs the production of seamless forged rings. These machines vary in size to produce rings with outside diameters of just from 50 mm to 500 mm in weights from a 0.500kg to 10 kg.

The process status with a circular perform of the metal that has been previously upset and pierced (using the different types of power presses) to form a hollow work piece. This work piece is placed in ring rolling machine. In this machine work piece placed over the idler or mandrel roll. This idler roll then moves under pressure toward a drive roll that continuously rotates to reduce the the wall thickness, thereby increasing the diameters (I.D and (O.D) of the resulting ring.
